What Our Alumni Say…

“ Nursing profession is not only focusing treating sick people. But, nurses also provide care to all the patients physically, emotionally and spiritually ”. I am starting my Dip.In Nursing with this wise motivational advice from one of my lecturer in KPJUC. I am so grateful to get the opportunity to be part of KPJUC’ student as I am able to apply all vast knowledge that I had gained to my nursing journey that includes having empathy and humanity to all people.

Adibah Khairah Haziul Kefli, Staff Nurse , King Abdul Aziz Hospital NGHA.Al Hasa.Saudi Arabia

KPJUC, formally known as Puteri Nursing College (PNC) defines its students and their respective personalities. I feel privileged to study in an environment with the faculty who was teaching us, were all top shot nursing professionals, which make a really big difference because they were sharing real life experiences. Throughout the three years of my study, one thing I have surely learnt is that achievement does not go empty-handed. I am so excited about my tremendous breakthrough in this field, obtained my Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D. in Nursing) from the University of Edinburgh, United Kingdom. I’m a proud alumnus of PNC/KPJUC and wishing the new batches all the success for their endeavours.

Dr. Lee Siew Pien , Assistant Professor Department of Special care Nursing Kulliyyah (Faculty) of Nursing International Islamic University Malaysia

“KPJIC Penang provides opportunities for me to have valuable practical experiences in different hospitals for each semester so that I’m well prepared for my future and now I can adapt to the working environment easily. The lecturers in KPJIC Penang are also helpful in guiding us for our studies and assignments.”

Karen Kok Chi Kwan , Pharmacy Assistant, KPJ Ipoh Specialist Hospital

“KPJIC Penang is where I learned all the skills and knowledge that I need to perform for my future career. The lecturers are very supportive and helpful.  The program and teaching method was enjoyable that I can’t believe that time flies so fast and I can’t believe that 3 years of my college life is coming to an end.”

Muhammad Khairuladli Bin Muhammad Kamaluddin , Operating Department Practitioner, KPJ Ampang Puteri Specialist Hospital

“KPJUC was a beautiful memory for me. A great place to pursue my education and make new friends. Its courses and practicals were exactly what you will be doing once you start working. The lecturers are highly knowledgeable and approachable by fellow students”

Nur Farahin Binti Mohd Hedzir, Pharmacy Assistant, Sidra medical and Research Center, Doha, Qatar

“KPJUC allow me to experience hands on training of actual pharmacy setting in hospital and retail. The greatest thing about the programme is the innovative teaching methods that focuses not only on gaining knowledge but development of human and professional attitude.”

Nur Raseekah Binti Ariff, Pharmacy Assistant, Hospital Columbia Asia Shah Alam

“PNC, now known as KPJUC, where I completed my general training in 1998, has provided me with the necessary training and education, especially in the field of nursing. It also provided me the opportunity to work in a private hospital, where I was able to apply all of my professional reasoning as well as decision-making skills in order to meet the everyday challenges of dealing with other people known as patients. Quality patient care necessitates quality education, and one of the most rewarding aspects of nursing as a profession is recognizing that nursing is to be universally accepted in the healthcare system and this is what PNC has given to all nurses”

Azaria A. Rahaman, Tutor, International Medical University

Make your life a masterpiece, imagine no limitations on what you can be or do.

With professional and experienced tutor in KpjUc I learned how to deliver care through heart to my patients, and nursing has becoming my passion.

Seri Binti Sharudin, Infection Control Officer, KPJ Johor Specialist Hospital

My time at KPJ International University College JB has been challenging, excellent and rewarding. Awarded with KPJ International Chairman Award on 15th Convocation Ceremony, I made some great friends and learned a great deal throughout my 3 years of study. I value the confidence I have obtained from studying at this University College especially when I have the opportunities to represent my college and my group into 1st National Nursing Student Debate Championship at UITM Puncak Alam in 2010. 2nd runner up from the pioneer of the college? I think we’ve done a great job and proud that we brought a medal for the college. The guidance from the lecturers and tutors has helped me overcome the challenges I have faced. Thank you to all lecturer, tutor and administrative staff for your support.
