This program gives you the skills, knowledge and confidence to prepare you as a successful leader to manage your business team. Students will study accounting, finance, management, human resources, communications, business law and marketing. Students will explore key issues facing business managers such as internal/external strategy, ethics, leadership and change management. They will build their knowledge in areas such as strategic planning, decision making, quality control, project management, small business management and entrepreneurship. Our program is taught by industry professionals with many years of management experience in private, government and non-profit organizations.
This Bachelor of Business Management prepares students for entry-level positions at the supervisory level of large organizations, as small business owners/managers, or as team leaders for innovative organizations. The primary area of employment that the graduates may join are human resources, entrepreneurship, sales, general management and finance. The examples of jobs are such as administrative managers, Credit Officer, Financial Analyst, Personnel Recruiter, Budget Officer and Compensation Officer.

As a requirement pass in Mathematics and English subject at the SPM level for the candidate (i) may be exempt if the qualification contains Mathematics and English subjects and equivalent achievement / more than the requirement to pass the subject at the SPM level
As per the eligibility requirements mentioned above; AND
–Pass in International English Language Testing Services (IELTS) with minimum score 5.5;

Pertinent elements include understanding the appropriate treatment of cash, temporary investments, receivables, inventories, long-term investments, capital assets with particular emphasis on the revenue recognition principle.
This course provides an overview of the major aspects of business law. Among the topics examined are the Malaysian Legal System, Law of Contract, Law of Agency and business organization.

Areas of buyers’ behavior, marketing environment and marketing role in strategic planning and society are also emphasized.
This course allows student to explore various pertinent concepts relating to the operations functions in both manufacturing and service. Students are exposed to the characteristics of operation managers, and also relationship between operations, productivity and competitiveness. The operations process is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling resources in order to efficiently and effectively produces goods and services so as to meet the goals of an organization.
The course allows students to explore various human resource functions in contemporary business scenarios. Human Resource Management encompasses a comprehensive set of functions such as human resource planning, job analysis, recruitment, training, designing performance appraisal and compensation system and labor relations. All these are necessary for developing a motivated, effective and efficient staff towards the attainment of strategic organizational objectives
This course introduces the basic of online business mechanisms. Students will be exposed to the practice of electronic commerce, both the strategies and concepts of e-commerce and the technological infrastructure requirements. Students will be exposed through the combination of lectures and internet exercises. The course also prepares the students to develop an e-commerce business plan

The students will examine the future scenarios of international business; examine the countervailing forces that make decision-making in international business complex and the dynamic nature of the global business environment.

Industrial Training is the final course in the Program (or Study Plan) whereby a student is required to undergo on the job training (OJT) in areas relevant to the academic program and field of specialization. Industrial training course serves as a practical training ground for the student to gain practical knowledge and acquire job skills in a workplace in an organization.
The industrial training report is written by a student on his/her study on an area of interest during the industrial training attachment. The report would exhibit a student’s creativity and innovativeness in soliciting, analyzing, synthesizing and reporting information about an area of a student’s interest during the practicum attachment in an organization and within the perimeters of the student’s program of study.
