TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 1. Registration

1.1 Seats are limited and registration will be processed upon receipt of the completed form together with full payment, on first come first served basis.

1.2 Confirmation of registration will be notified to delegates via email.

 2. Payment

2.1 Registration fees are payable in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and should be made to the following account:

2.2 Full payment shall be made within 5 days from the date of issuance of invoice.

3. Cancellation (policy):

 3.1 Cancellation made fourteen (14) or less days prior to the date of workshop will incur a 50% charge.

3.2 Cancellation made less than seven (7) days prior to the date of workshop will incur a 100% charge.

3.3 Substitution can be made by notifying SiEQA Secretariat at least 3 days before the date of the workshop

4. Refund Policy

Early cancellation, participants eligible to receive full refund.

4.1 Cancellation within 14 days before date of event, participants only entitled to receive refund 50% from the total  payment

4.2 Cancellation within 1 week before date of event, participants are not entitled to receive any refund from organiser

4.3 To process your refund, Organiser require a receipt or proof of payment and email to acc_nilai@kpjuc.edu.my

4.4 If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days

4.5 Organiser will send you an email to notify your refund has been done.

5. Disclaimer

5.1 Organizer reserves the right to change the date, venue and topics of the conference where necessary.

5.2 Organizer reserves the right to cancel, amend or postpone the conference if situation warrant.

5.3 Should this occur, organizer will endeavor to advise delegates at the earliest opportunity.

5.4 Organizer is not responsible for travel, accommodation or other direct/indirect expenses which may have been incurred by delegate(s) attending this conference.

5.5 HRDF claim is subject to approval.

6. Confirmation

6.1 Please take note that by completing this online registration process, delegate is confirming his/her respective seat for attendance to this conference.

6.2 Delegate is also confirming his/her understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
