About Madam Azlina has more than 20 years of experience as a practitioner in the Healthcare Industry. Her previous works involvedoverall business operation including nursing, allied health and support service divisions. She was driving operational improvements,maximising the value of the asset base while ensuring a tight control on operational costs. She’s responsible for monitoring and continually improving standards of performance and quality within the operation. She’s also a Certified HR Professional with an extensive HR Generalist background including experience in employee recruitment and retention, staff development, mediation, conflict resolution, benefits and compensation, HR records management, HR policies development and legal compliance. Her expertise in Industrial Relations has been acknowledged by the Industrial Court of Malaysia by appointing her as one of the Industrial Court Panels (Employer Representative) for a period of 3 years.
