About Encouraged by this passion, Madam Kavithalaxmi have graduated in Masters of Business Administration majoring in Management at Faculty  of  Business and Management , Open University Malaysia.She holds a degree from the University of Nottingham ,UK (B.A Hons Business Management ) . Since 2009, she has served the  Malaysia’s leading private healthcare known as KPJ Healthcare Berhad for more than 10 years in Corporate Communication Division and Business Operations accordingly .She has In-depth knowledge of healthcare business operations level. Demonstrate proficiency in training and development, budgeting and new product management with proven ability to create high profitable collaboration through marketing, training, and partnership.With her tremendous efforts and confidence she have been recognised for her high level of motivation and strong communication skills in  corporate traning for more than 40 marketing staffs within the region of KPJ hospitals per year.

Her main research interests include Microeconomic theory, Industrial organization and Corporate Management and she has taught courses on these and other subjects at all levels. Outside of academia, she has completed her Project 1: Toast Masters conducted by Johor Corporation and has an active participation on courses involving business re-engineering
