Zaliza Mohamed

Puan Zaliza Mohamed was the alumni of KPJUC graduated from her Diploma in Nursing in 1999. She was also graduated from University of South Australia (UniSA), Adelaide Australia for her Bachelor Degree in Nursing, Professional Certificate in Nursing Education and Certificate in Critical Care Nursing. Her highest academic level is Master in Nursing. She has 20 years of experience in the clinical areas and Nursing Education. Her area of expertise is Critical Care Nursing.

Puan Zaliza has served KPJ Damansara Specialist Hospital latest as an Infection Control Nurse, Bariatric Nurse Coordinator and Quality Officer. She then contributes her expertise to KPJ Healthcare University College as a Nurse Lecturer. She started her academic portfolio as a Lecturer in-charge of cohort 38 Diploma in Nursing and the coordinator of Post Basic Critical Care Nursing programs. She then appointed as the Program Coordinator of Post Basic Programmes (Critical Care, Paediatric, Renal, Midwifery and Peri-Operative) before involving herself in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program.

Puan Zaliza has actively involved in the academic curriculum development of all programmes in the School of Nursing and participated in the program accreditation process. Since May 2017 she extended her responsibility in managing KPJIC Johor Bahru Branch, thus she is currently the Principal of the college.
